As President of Valcon, Richard G. Hall brings a storied career in real estate to the Canadian construction industry.

He has managed a portfolio of commercial and multi-residential projects in excess of 8 million square feet with an asset value of more than $1 billion. Currently, he is overseeing a 300-lot subdivision development in Woodstock, Ontario.

Richard has expertise across the business, including construction management, building rehabilitation, asset management planning, acquisitions, due diligence reviews, real estate workouts, property repositioning, valuations, financing, property dispositions, leasing, and project marketing.
