Meet our leadership
Richard G. Hall
Managing Partner
Richard has managed a portfolio of commercial and multi-residential
projects in excess of 8 million square feet with an asset value of more than $1 billion. Currently, he is overseeing a 300-lot subdivision development in Woodstock, Ontario.
Chris Loftin
Vice President, Construction
Chris Loftin oversees developments from land acquisition through to occupancy and supervises all aspects of design and construction of each of Valcon’s builds.
